The rules, told whole
Every number on this page is a compiled constant of the program or a live read from the chain. Nothing is promised that the code does not do.
What it is
Kogaki is a Solana coin whose trading fee builds a wall under its own price. KOGAKI launches on a Meteora Dynamic Bonding Curve and graduates to Meteora DAMM v2; both charge 1.98% on buys and sells, in SOL.
Every holder adopts an Ishikoro, a pebble bound to the wallet that cannot be sold or moved. Every buyback is a stone the pebbles carry up the wall. A big sell shows up as Hibi, a crack, which the next buyback patches.
On top of the wall sit dip tickets (USDC orders that buy when a price falls by a chosen depth), paid-to-wait bands, and a game layer: exams, boss stages, a weekly payday streamed from outside revenue, a ranking, stamps, gifts.
Japanese names are proper nouns; the English meaning is always beside them: Ishigaki (the wall), Ichiseki (holder wall), Kentei (exams), Toubatsu (boss stages), Ensei (expedition tickets), Kyuuryoubi (payday), Banzuke (ranking), Osusowake (gifts), Noroshi (siren), Ritsuki (paid to wait), Danzumi (ladders), Kura (storehouse).
The fee path
Every buy and sell pays 1.98% in SOL to the pool. Meteora keeps 20% of that fee. The other 80% goes to one address, a PDA of the kogaki program with no private key, which splits it 40 / 40 / 20.
One $1,000 trade, to the cent
- 40% buyback
- Every hour the keeper buys KOGAKI with the buyback vault and burns all of it in the same instruction. One buyback is at most 1% of the pool's SOL reserve.
- 40% the wall
- Waits in the wall vault and is spent only when the 30-minute average is 10, 20 or 30% under the 24 h high. Everything it buys is burned.
- 20% studio
- The studio wallet (a compiled constant, changeable only by the admin to another wallet). It pays for art, servers and sponsor work.
- Outside revenue
- Fill fees on major tickets (0.3%), 10% of DLMM fees and the payday share of sponsor stages are not burned: they are converted to SOL and sent to the game's payday inbox. Payday is never paid from new buyers' money.
Supply and authorities
Supply is fixed at 1,000,000,000 KOGAKI. Mint and freeze authority are revoked at creation, the metadata is immutable, there is no presale. No instruction in either program mints.
- Dev buy
- 1.0% of supply, bought in public after the 60-second launch fee schedule (the same 1.98% fee as everyone), then burned in full through the program's burn_coin in the next transaction. Nothing is held and nothing unlocks later.
- Unlocks
- None. Nothing is locked for later; no team allocation, no reserve.
- Liquidity
- The DBC migrates 100% of its liquidity to DAMM v2, permanently locked; the router PDA owns the position and only claims its fees.
Live from the chain
No token yet. The official CA will be posted only on this site and on X. Supply, authorities and the dev-buy burn appear here the moment it is set.
The Dip Wall (Ishigaki)
The wall holds SOL. It compares the 30-minute average of the pool price (pushed by the keeper, checked on chain against the pool's own spot) with the highest average of the last 24 hours.
Three tiers of one epoch
| Tier | Arms at | Spends | Slices |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | −10% under the 24 h high | 20% of the snapshot | 4 × 1 h |
| 2 | −20% under the 24 h high | 30% of the snapshot | 4 × 1 h |
| 3 | −30% under the 24 h high | 50% of the snapshot | 4 × 1 h |
- A slice
- Each tier spends its budget in 4 slices, at most one slice per hour, and at most 1% of the pool's SOL reserve per slice (a capped slice does not count and the rest waits).
- Burned
- Every slice swaps SOL for KOGAKI through the pool and burns it in the same instruction, recorded on chain by source.
- Cannot be moved
- No instruction lets the admin withdraw the wall vault, pause the wall, change the tiers or raise any fee. Pauses only stop new tickets.
- Hibi
- A sell of at least 0.5% of the pool's SOL reserve is recorded as a crack. The next wall slice or buyback patches the oldest open crack on the plate.
The 3-hour ladder
Twelve utilities, compiled into both programs as fixed offsets from launch, one every 3 hours. Nobody can move them, pause the clock or reorder them; anyone can open one the second its time passes.
Launch: not yet. Exact UTC times appear here the moment the launch lands; until then only the offsets are known.
| # | Utility | What opens | Offset | Opens at |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Ishigaki (the wall) | 40% of the fee waits under the price and buys only when the coin falls 10, 20 or 30% under its 24 h high. Pebbles can be adopted. | T+0 | at launch + 0 |
| 2 | Ichiseki (holder wall) | Holders add their own KOGAKI dip tickets to the wall. No fill fee, only the $0.30 issue burn. | T+3h | at launch + 3h |
| 3 | Kentei (exams) | Burn KOGAKI to sit a 60-second stone-stacking test. A higher grade raises your payday weight. | T+6h | at launch + 6h |
| 4 | Toubatsu (boss stages) | Another project pays SOL to be the boss of a 60-second stage. 60% buys its coin for the top verified humans, 30% goes to payday, 10% is burned. | T+9h | at launch + 9h |
| 5 | Ensei (expedition tickets) | Dip tickets for SOL, BTC and ETH. The 0.3% fill fee is outside revenue that funds payday. | T+12h | at launch + 12h |
| 6 | Kyuuryoubi (payday) | Outside revenue, converted to SOL, streams over a week to the pebbles carrying staked KOGAKI. Omimai consoles a ticket that kept falling. | T+15h | at launch + 15h |
| 7 | Banzuke (ranking) | The ranking of pebbles by grade, stamps, moss days, snacks and stage wins. Display only; it pays nothing. | T+18h | at launch + 18h |
| 8 | Osusowake (gifts) | Arm a dip ticket for another wallet, or burn $0.30 to feed another pebble a snack. | T+21h | at launch + 21h |
| 9 | Noroshi (siren) | Short tickets that open when BTC drops fast, event windows around CPI and FOMC, and the grand stage. | T+24h | at launch + 24h |
| 10 | Ritsuki (paid to wait) | USDC waits as Meteora DLMM liquidity 3 to 15% under the SOL and BTC price and earns swap fees. Not fixed interest. | T+27h | at launch + 27h |
| 11 | Danzumi (ladders) | Up to 5 tickets at different depths in one transaction. | T+30h | at launch + 30h |
| 12 | Kura (storehouse) | Auto-reload: a filled ticket re-arms itself for up to 5 more rounds. Everything your tickets bought, in one place. | T+33h | at launch + 33h |
Deposit caps step up with the ladder: $50,000 in total until Ensei opens, $150,000 from Ensei, $500,000 from Kura. $10 minimum per ticket, $2,000 per wallet.
Dip tickets
A ticket arms USDC under a price. When the oracle price reaches the trigger, the keeper buys for every armed ticket of that asset in one batch; what it bought waits in the program until you claim it. Cancel any time before it fills; an expired ticket refunds itself.
- Ichiseki
- KOGAKI tickets. They sit on the wall plate as holder bricks. Fill fee 0. $25 per round while the pool is on the curve (use a ladder for more).
- Ensei
- SOL, BTC and ETH tickets. Fill fee 0.3%, which is outside revenue and funds payday.
- Depths
- 3% to 30% under the price at issue, in 1% steps. Siren tickets 2% and 4%.
- Expiry
- 24 h, 72 h, 7 d or 30 d. Expired tickets refund their USDC.
- Issue burn
- $0.30 of KOGAKI per ticket, rung, reload round, gift, card and badge, paid in KOGAKI (burned now) or SOL (bought back and burned within the hour).
- Danzumi
- Up to 5 tickets at different depths in one transaction.
- Kura
- Auto-reload: a filled ticket re-arms at the new price for up to 5 more rounds; the storehouse lists everything your tickets bought.
- Osusowake
- Arm a ticket for another wallet. They own it; you paid for it.
- Noroshi
- Short tickets when BTC falls 3% in an hour or 5% in four, and event windows around CPI and FOMC releases.
Paid to wait (Ritsuki)
USDC waits as Meteora DLMM liquidity in a band under the SOL or BTC price (−3 to −6%, −6 to −10%, −10 to −15%). It earns swap fees only when trades pass through the band, and turns into the asset when the price comes down.
Not fixed interest. Fees depend on the volume through your band and can be zero. If the price falls through the band and stays down, you hold the asset at a loss.
- Cohorts
- The keeper opens one shared position per band at most every 6 hours when at least $50 waits. Everyone in a cohort enters at the same time and price; the pool price must be within 1% of the oracle when it opens.
- Withdraw
- Any time. Pending deposits come back as USDC at once; a deployed share comes back as it is now: USDC, the asset, or both. 10% of harvested fees are outside revenue.
- Caps
- Each band can carry a principal cap set by the admin (0 = none). ETH has no pool deep enough and is tickets only.
The game layer (kogaki_game)
A second program. It reads the core's accounts and never calls into it; the core only sends outside revenue to its payday inbox. There is no pause and no path by which the admin moves anything but a sponsor's refund.
- Ishikoro
- One pebble per wallet, adopted with at least 10,000 KOGAKI in the wallet. There is no transfer or close instruction, so it cannot be sold.
- Backpack
- Stake KOGAKI into the pebble's backpack any time; unstake any time, never gated. Weight = min(staked, 10,000,000) × the grade multiplier.
- Kentei
- Sit an exam by burning $1, $2, $5, $10 or $25 of KOGAKI (grades 5-kyu to 1-kyu, one grade per 24 h). A 60-second stone-stacking test; the server re-runs your inputs and the referee records a pass on chain. Pay weights ×1.05, ×1.10, ×1.20, ×1.35, ×1.50.
- Toubatsu
- A sponsor pays at least 1 SOL to be the boss of a 60-second stage. the SOL is split 60 / 30 / 10: 60% buys the sponsor's coin for the top verified humans (up to 50), 30% goes to payday, 10% is burned as KOGAKI. The admin can only refund the sponsor.
- The human check
- A ranked run needs a pebble adopted 24 h before the stage, 5-kyu passed, 100,000 KOGAKI staked when the run started, a clean input record (reaction times, timing variance, no impossible precision) and, when configured, a Turnstile token. Scores are prizes, never ranks, until verified.
- Kyuuryoubi
- Each week the payday inbox (outside revenue only: sponsors, fill fees, DLMM fees) is streamed over the next 7 days to pebbles by weight, Synthetix-style, so nothing is gained by staking just before payday. Claim any time.
- Omimai
- 10% of each payday funding is a consolation vault: a dip ticket that filled at least $10 and fell another 10% within 72 hours gets min(2% of its fill, $5, 2% of the vault) in SOL, once.
- Koke
- Moss grows with the days 100,000 KOGAKI or more stays in the backpack: levels at 1, 3, 7, 14 and 30 days. Cosmetic.
- Stamps
- The Goshuincho: a stamp per utility used, proven by the core's own accounts (a forged account proves nothing).
- Banzuke
- points = grade × 100 + stamps × 20 + moss days × 2 + snacks received × 5 + stage wins × 50 + log10(staked). Computed hourly, display only, pays nothing.
- Osusowake snacks
- Burn $0.30 of KOGAKI to feed another pebble. Burn source 6 (GAME) on the ledger.
Risks, in plain words
- Price
- A coin can go to zero. The wall slows a fall; it does not stop one, and it only spends what the fee has saved.
- Not fixed interest
- Paid-to-wait bands earn only when trades pass through them. Payday is small early: it pays only what outside revenue brought in that week.
- Bands can fill
- If a price falls through a band and stays, the USDC became the asset at a loss. Thin pools are capped per band.
- Fills need the keeper
- Tickets fill when the keeper runs. Cancel, withdraw, claim and unstake never depend on it.
- Oracles
- KOGAKI's trigger is a 30-minute average, not the spot; majors use Pyth. A stale feed stops fills until it is fresh again.
- Code
- Both programs are upgradeable behind a 2/3 multisig with a 24-hour time lock; the audit has not happened yet. The source is public.
Contracts
Two Anchor programs. Every state change emits an event; every burn is recorded by source; the indexer and the bot read those events, so what the site says can be checked on an explorer.
- kogaki (core)
- Router, burns, the wall, tickets, paid-to-wait cohorts, the utility switch, siren, admin. Swaps go only to a compiled whitelist: Jupiter v6, Meteora DBC, DAMM v2, DLMM.
- kogaki_game
- Pebbles, backpack and payday stream, exams, stages, omimai, stamps, snacks.
- Admin
- An operations multisig (2/3, no time lock) for pauses of new use and asset settings; an upgrade multisig (2/3, 24 h lock) holds the upgrade authority of both programs.
